Becoming aware of our soul as one with God is called different things by society. Some refer to it as transcendence, others as a form of an existential bliss. Christians might label this as the attainment of grace. I simply call it ascension.

Within each one of us resides a type of spiritual consciousness that assists us in our path back to God, from whence we came. This can be accomplished only when our karma is eliminated, and our soul reaches a state of perfection.

This book will present an approach that combines Eastern and Western paradigms and techniques to purify our soul. Although you may be familiar with the physical realm of the universe around us, there are other levels of which you may not be aware.

Throughout this book we will discuss and experience these other planes or dimensions. Each of the realms that make up our karmic cycle, including the physical world, is both transient and illusionary. It is your inner world of consciousness or soul that is true reality. Joy, peace and love dominate this inter universe, while sensations and various temptations steering us from our path of spiritual growth are emphasized in the physical realm.

As you become attuned to your soul, you will once again experience peace. When your emotions and thoughts are quieted, you can be prepared to receive that which is of God.

The very fact that you are reading this book suggests a wanting or thirst for both knowledge and experience of knowingness. When you cross that threshold into a spiritual knowingness you begin to make a commitment from your heart of hearts to change and grow toward God.

By moving your consciousness into the soul and experiencing the pure wonders of the universe, your ability to learn and forgive magnifies. This greatly facilitates your soul's ability to prepare itself for its final movement, ascension to God.

Certain signs will be noted by you as you enter this path of knowingness. Letting go of old experiences as they become complete, and losing the tendency to hang on to these old ways are the most common initial steps to the path leading to ascension.

You are much more than your body, your feeling and thoughts. As information is received by you from your Higher Self, a manifestation of love is felt all through your very being. Now you begin to live free and in the moment. No longer are you hung up on the past, or worried about the future.

All actions will be directed toward awakening your soul from its Earth plane sleep to a far more enlightened level of consciousness. Fears, prejudices and judgments slowly disappear from your awareness as you evolve spiritually.

This is again related to clearing out your past unresolved creations (karma), and conducting this cleansing under grace. Your mind will be trained throughout this book to maintain its consciousness and direct this process.

We will discuss and present exercises in meditation, yogic postures and breathing approaches and hypnosis to accomplish these goals. You will be professionally guided to draw your awareness to the exact point where God joins your very essence. The resulting expansion of this awareness will allow God to reveal the truth to you once and for all.It will be like no other you have read or thought of on your own.

Jesus said, "The kingdom of heaven is within."This kingdom can be reached by a combination of actions (loving and forgiving others, yourself and all things) and spiritual exercises that are presented throughout this book.

You will be shown via these exercises that it is not necessary to die to experience the other realms, including God. Another benefit attainable from this book is the solution to your eternal quest to finally eliminate karma. We will learn how to use our dream level to purify our soul.

Remember, the soul does not have to suffer to grow. Learning can be accomplished safely and peaceably through establishing a link with the perfect part of our soul, the Higher Self.

I do not present this work as a new religion. This paradigm need not conflict with any religious or spiritual belief you may currently follow. My patients come from various religious backgrounds. Whether they are Buddhist, Catholic, Jewish, Protestant, Moslem and so on does not negate their ability to use the philosophy and methods I present, while still retaining ties to their religious beliefs.

It has always been my belief that each of us is going through the experiences we need in order to grow spiritually and to complete our karma.Ascension techniques will assist us in freeing ourselves once and for all from the cycle of birth and death. Eventually we will return to God.
